Cancellation Policy
Prisoncall Australia — The Freebird & Co Pty Ltd
How to Cancel
You can cancel your Prisoncall subscription at any time through your customer portal, or by contacting us at support@prisoncall.com.au. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription is billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to the service until the end of your paid billing period
- At the end of the billing period, your DID number is deactivated and permanently released back to the network
- Once released, your DID number cannot be recovered. If you resubscribe, a new number will be provisioned — the same number cannot be guaranteed
- No partial-month refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing period
Cancellation Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed, including the date your service will end and your DID number will be deactivated.
Early Cancellation
If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will continue to receive service until the period you have paid for ends. We do not charge any early cancellation fees.
Prison Transfer
If your loved one is transferred to a different prison, you do not need to cancel — we will provide a new local DID number for the new prison free of charge. Contact us at support@prisoncall.com.au.
